WHAT DO YOU DO IN THE CLASS

Get those feet moving quick, we’re taking things fast at HIITXPOWER. We’ll start off with plyometric bodyweight movements before adding to the challenge with weighted exercises. But right from the start, the power is there. It’s high intensity intervals that will get you working your entire body. You’ll need speed and strength to make it through.

Once done, get your breath back, rehydrate and you’ll leave class energized and proud.
