WHAT IS THE CLASS ABOUT

At HIITX Strength, we’ve taken the basics of a strength workout – weights, and turned it into a HIIT workout. Push through intense bursts of explosive exercises and then get lifting to keep that heart rate high. Take short breaks in between to recover and repeat, repeat, repeat. We’ll work on building functional body strength with the help of dumbells, kettlebells and more while also going hard on your endurance and metabolism.

WHAT DO YOU DO IN THE CLASS

Challenge yourself with a combination of loaded and body weight exercises, alternating between muscular endurance and balance exercises.

It’s cardio and strength all in one go with HIITX Strength. The routine weaves together loaded and body weight exercises to see you go hard with weights then get that heart racing with plyometric movements.
