Job Descriptions
- Handle all calls-in and calls-out for members & general public properly and promptly in the operation center.
- Follow up with customer’s request within specific timeframe and up to good quality standard
- Understand customer’s needs and provide comprehensive solutions, satisfying customer with professional and quality services to achieve the benchmark and service standard
- Provide excellent and high-quality customer service to customers via phone, email, and/or chat
- Coordinate with other departments properly to find comprehensive solutions for customers
- Handle all calls-in and calls-out for members & general public properly and promptly in the operation center.

Qualifications
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree of any field
- At least 1-year experience in call center work
- Experienced in service business is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented mindset with good telephone manner
- Proactive, eager to learn, willing to work under pressure with pleasant personality
- Able to work in 24-hour work shift
- Appropriate computer skills for work
- Good command in English
- Thai nationality
