Customer Service and Relation Manager

  • Job Descriptions
    • Handle all calls-in and calls-out for members & general public properly and promptly in the operation center.

    • Follow up with customer’s request within specific timeframe and up to good quality standard

    • Understand customer’s needs and provide comprehensive solutions, satisfying customer with professional and quality services to achieve the benchmark and service standard

    • Provide excellent and high-quality customer service to customers via phone, email, and/or chat

    • Coordinate with other departments properly to find comprehensive solutions for customers

  • Qualifications
    • Thai nationality

    • Bachelor’s degree of any field

    • At least 1-year experience in call center work

    • Experienced in service business is an advantage.

    • Customer-oriented mindset with good telephone manner

    • Proactive, eager to learn, willing to work under pressure with pleasant personality

    • Able to work in 24-hour work shift

    • Appropriate computer skills for work

    • Good command in English
