DYNAMIC FLOW YOGA

Welcome to a yoga class that both centres and challenges your mind and body. In this fast moving class, we’ll take you through poses are specifically designed to flow seamlessly from one pose to another while progressively building in intensity. You’ll need to stay focused and concentrate to move through this workout smoothly, which will help build your confidence and give you stronger mental awareness.

With the fast pace and the challenging poses, you’ll build your strength, endurance and stamina. With an emphasis on breathing techniques during your poses, you’ll leave class with a powerful sense of harmony between your mind and body.

DYNAMIC FLOW YOGA 30-minute

Compressed into a fast-paced 30-minute session, you’ll move through a series of increasingly challenging poses to build the same strength, endurance and stamina you’ll get in the longer sessions.

DYNAMIC FLOW YOGA 45-minute

Get stronger and build your stamina with this 45 minute version of Dynamic Flow Yoga. You’ll move through a seamless flow of moves that build up in intensity, for better strength, endurance and stamina.  

If you’ve never done Yoga before, we recommend you take part in Gentle Flow Yoga classes before trying this one.
