We’ll put you through your paces in this 30-minute fast paced workout. Inspired by a mix of various training concepts, this class is a High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) session that incorporates dynamic movement training and athletic drills. We also manipulate the length of the work bouts and recovery periods to challenge your cardio endurance and maximize the amount of calories you burn.
Dynamic movement training helps improve your mobility, strength, balance and coordination. Athletic drills help your speed, agility, and explosive power. The cardio aspect of the workout will improve your endurance and energy levels. This full body workout also maximizes your body’s ability to burn calories, and also makes sure you keep burning hours after it’s over.
