STRENGTHEN YOUR BODY AND RIDING SKILLS

Sharpen your riding technique to become a stronger and more efficient cyclist in a workout inspired by Olympians’ and professional riders’ training. The class is made up of timed interval drills that relate to specific training objectives. We change up the objectives every now and then, from focusing on sprints to climbs to endurance.


Each objective will help get you ride for the big race finale where you’ll push yourself to cross the finish line. You get to set the pace and resistance for your ride, and the group will motivate you to push yourself harder and expand your limits. And to help you recover, we’ve included an enhance flexibility regime at the end of class.


You’ll burn calories, build endurance and rapidly improve your fitness level. Leave class stronger, faster, more powerful and with better stamina and overall performance.
