What is the class about
Advanced Flow Yoga is the basics, powered up. Step in for this longer, harder and sweatier session where we’ll challenge your limits. Leave simple out of the equation, we’re charging ahead with elaborate sequences and inversions. It’s all about progression. At each class, challenge yourself to work closer to a pose you’ve never achieved. The longer class gives you time to explore and keep trying. We’ll be there right with you encouraging and guiding you to achievement.
Advanced yogis are welcome as well as anyone else, for it’s all about progressing from your current point.
