WHAT IS THE CLASS ABOUT

Add intensity into the basics of yoga and you get Dynamic Flow Yoga. With a series of poses that increasingly builds intensity, you’ll challenge and centre both your mind and body.

For those who’ve mastered the basics, Dynamic Flow Yoga is the class that will take you to the next level. Physically, you’ll build your strength, endurance and stamina. Mentally, you’ll strengthen your focus and concentration. Inwardly, your confidence and sense of empowerment will flourish.

WHAT DO YOU DO IN THE CLASS

• The clue is in its name. Dynamic Flow Yoga is a fast-moving class. We’ll move from pose to pose, challenge to challenge, getter deeper and more demanding as the class flows on. Balance the weight of your body on your arms only, see the world in a new perspective with back-bending poses and strengthen your muscles with powerful standing pose.
• It’s the basics of Yoga with speed and challenge thrown in. You’ll leave strengthened with a confidence-boosting sense of achievement.
