RELAX AND IMPROVE YOUR FLEXIBILITY
Unwind with a relaxing hot yoga experience. Designed to help you de-stress and detox, you’ll do a mix of energizing and calming poses, finishing off with a short meditation session. We set the room at a comfortable 30 degrees, loosening your muscles and joints so you can lean more into the stretches. During class, we’ll show you how to adjust each exercise to fit your fitness level and experience. You’ll improve your flexibility and reduce muscle stress, and walk away from class feeling loose and relaxed.
