Sweating is not optional at Hot Flow Yoga. The studio is heated up to get your blood circulation flowing as we stay long and deep in each pose. Let the heat and the flow loosen your muscles and joints while burning calories at the same time. The heat is as much of a mental challenge as it is a physical one.
