We’re turning up the heat in this yoga workout. We set the room to a specific temperature as we take you through a carefully crafted sequence of poses that is designed to flow seamlessly from one pose to another. The warm room will help loosen your muscles and joints, making them more pliable so you can deepen your stretches.
The warmth also helps flush out toxins through your skin, and boosts your metabolism so you burn more calories. The heat will challenge your mental focus, helping you build willpower and strengthen resolve. You’ll leave the class feel refreshed and full of resolve.
HOT FLOW YOGA 45-minute
Take 45 minutes of your time to refresh and rejuvenate yourself. With the heat on and the poses flowing, you’ll boost your metabolism, burn calories and flush out toxins.
HOT FLOW YOGA ENDURANCE
Join a higher intensity version of this yoga workout. The heat will help you focus on developing and challenging your endurance. You’ll need to take Hot Flow or Hot Flow Retreat classes first before trying this one out.
