GET FIGHTING FIT WITH A MIX OF MUAY THAI MOVES

Discover the fighter in you. We’ve integrated unique Muay Thai characteristics into a freestyle workout that gives you the closest experience possible to a real fight. You’ll combine jabs, cross and kicks at the bag with floor and conditioning exercises that will have you moving in all directions and using your body weight. We’ll progressively build the intensity after every round to keep you challenged and make sure your body works at full capability for maximum effectiveness. You’ll get fighting fit, increasing your stamina, endurance, agility and strength. During class, we’ll show you how to adjust each move to fit your fitness level and experience.
