Enjoy a bike tour over a range of different roads and terrains. Designed for both beginner and intermediate cyclists, you’ll ride through different intervals, including speed, strength, and power. We’ll also challenge you to beat your personal best’s time and distance. At the end of class, you’ll race everyone in the class for a final push. During class, we’ll show you how to adjust your speed and resistance according to your fitness level and experience. You’ll leave class faster, stronger and with improved endurance.
