STRENGTHEN YOUR BODY AND STAMINA
Work your whole body in this group class. We combine suspension straps with functional body weight exercises to build your strength and stamina. You’ll bend, jump, push, pull and squat in 1 minute intervals, with a 15 second break between each set. Walk away from class with improved lean muscle tone and strength. During class, we’ll show you how to adjust each exercise to fit your fitness level and experience.
