WHAT DO YOU DO IN THE CLASS

At Core Flow Yoga, practice makes progress. In our flow, we’ll repeat poses several times. But each round, we progress with small adjustments to bring up the intensity. With each adjustment, your core gets stronger and your pose improved. At the end of it, your abs will be on fire. Embrace the energy and the empowerment it brings.
