HOW TO SUBSCRIBE?Login to your Fitness First mobile app and click the Virtual Studio tile. Activate your subscription by submitting an online request or calling our Fitness Helpline, or you can leave your request below. You can start to access once payment has been processed.
This is currently available for Fitness First members. Please stay tuned and we will update you when the service is available for other customers. -
HOW MUCH IS THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE?The subscription fee is THB59 per month. This is charged on top of your monthly membership or freeze fee. Contact our Member Experience Team if you require any further information.

HOW TO PAY?We will send you a payment request e-mail to transfer the 1st month fee. The following month fee will recur via your credit card.

WHAT TYPE OF CLASSES ARE THERE IN THE VIRTUAL STUDIO?You can enjoy a variety of signature classes from Fitness First and our sister brand Celebrity Fitness, as well as your favourite License classes e.g. Les Mills & Zumba. Classes will be scheduled on a daily basis and you can check the schedule from our Facebook Fan Page.
We have also partnered with Wexer to provide you with an international on-demand library of more than 1,500 video workouts 24/7, led by the world’s hottest instructors. -
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?The subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you submit a cancellation request 30 days in advance via the Contact Us Form in the app or leave your request in our form below. You may cancel your subscription anytime but your access will remain active until the end of your billing period.

HOW DO I SET MY FAVOURITE CLASS?When using Virtual Studio and find classes you like, you can tab the star at the right corner to change the star to green. When you want to find that class again, going to Virtual Studio, tab at the 3-dot menu at the right corner, select ""Favourites"" and you will find your starred classes.

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR CLASS?When using Virtual Studio, tab the 3-dot menu at the right corner, and select 'Class finder'.
> Search classes Fitness First Thailand & Celebrity Fitness Thailand by tabbing at Live Schedule > Select On Demand > Select 3-line menu on the right to filter class.
> Search classes from other providers by tabbing at Browse Class > Select class type that you like > Select 3-line menu on the right to filter class. -

Class Finder: To filter class by selecting duration, type or manually search classes.
Channels: To choose content from various Channels from Wexer - Man Icon next to 3-dot menu: Tab to see your recent activities or your favourite (starred) classes.

LIVE CLASSESLive classes is the 1st menu of Virtual Studio. Simply tab 'Live Classes>' to see daily schedule. You can see the schedule 7 day in advance.

LATEST VERSION ON MOBILE DEVICESLatest iOS-version App is 1.30.5 (iOS must be iOS13 and above) and latest version for Android is 1.17 (as of 31 August 2021).

CAN I WATCH THE CONTENT ON TV?You can plug in your mobile device to your TV with VGA or HDMI to watch Virtual Studio on TV.
Or you can cast Virtual Studio to your SMART TV if it's connected to the same WiFi with your mobile devices. When you're at Virtual Studio class you need to cast:- iOS: Tab at AirPlay and select the TV in the same WiFi.
- Android: Tiggle the top panel or go to Setting, and choose 'Smart View, Wireless Projection, Screen Mirroring, Miracast' and select the TV in the same WiFi.
